As Chief Strategy Officer for One Advocate Group, Dawn Southard serves as the lead in developing strategic and meaningful relationships. She engages with individuals and companies to understand where disconnects exist and aligns them with resources for financial and cultural success. Serving in leadership roles for the past 20 years.

 

Dawn has influenced small businesses to the Fortune 100 in an array of industry sectors as well as nonprofit entities. Having served on multiple boards and nonprofit committees, she currently is engaged with United Way and other community causes.

Dawn holds her MBA from Western Michigan University and BBA from Davenport University.
