Midwest farm boy, award-winning chef, inspired volunteer, cancer survivor and genuinely good human being - these are just some of the words that begin to describe Steve McHugh.  Steve is a James Beard Award nominated chef and owner of Cured, located at the historic Pearl Brewery Administration Building.  By combining his family’s farming heritage with his experience cooking in New Orleans, Chef McHugh creates something authentic, unique and approachable at his restaurant.
